Great sushi spot. The service is great , they staff is very friendly. The food is really good, it doesnt look much from the outside so you might not expect much but youll be pleasantly surprised! They have an outdoor terrace for summer time aswell!

Pretty good place . the ambiance is nice the servers are friendly. I have to say that their portions have been getting smaller lately. To get faster service for large groups they suggest calling in the order.

Atami is my sushi place! I go there almost every week, the price is reasonable and the quality is quite good! The staff is super nice and respectful. Their spicy salmon and tuna are the best!!

This sushi place is amazing from food to the service. We traveled all the way from the U.S. our best friend took us here. We ordered all sorts of sushi and sashimi. The chef even custom made our sushi, the staff were so friendly. We came kinda late but the owner (Phong) were so sweet. He let us stayed and enjoys our dinner after the shop closed. He even spends time keeping us company and offered us free hot sake and wine. Omg.... he is super sweet! I’ll definitely stop by when I travel to Montreal. I highly recommend this place.

I didn't like their salmon sushi and fried dragon eye was discusting. Salmon was not fresh.

I have dined here for years, the food is always good and we also come here for take out. Authentic sushi chefs behind the counter. Good place to meet for lunch.

I had the chicken teriyaki, which is grilled teriyaki chicken with steamed vegetables and rice. It was really good - though I found it a little bit too salty - with nice presentation & a good balance. The rice was probably the best steamed rice I've tasted.. Went there with my boyfriend yesterday and we'll definitely be back. The staff were friendly and understanding, and I always had enough water. Although some of the reviews seem to have had a long wait, I think the food came at an average or quick speed considering what kind of food we ordered.Also, the price was fair!

Went for the first time recently on a Sunday at 6pm. Not too busy. Ordered salmon maki and sashimi for takeout. Friendly staff and order was ready pretty quick. Salmon was great. Clean establishment.The space itself on the small side for a sit down restaurant. Looked like enough seating for around 30 but don't quote me on that :p Only drawback is it's not accessible for people with walking disabilities or weaknesses as the restaurant is up a flight of stairs. Unless there was an elevator that I didn't notice. But overall a good experience.

Vast menu with a lot of quality in-house creations. I`ve tried different items on the menu including maki, sashimi, futomaki, nigiri and all came fresh and delicious. The portions are generous and it`s reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place to any sushi-lover.

I am new in the neighborhood and Atami sushi is by far the best part of living in cote-des-neiges. The sushi they serve is high-quality and the staff is super friendly. They have a great terrace for the summer time as well :)
